Started by President Dmitry Medvedev in 2010, the Skolkovo Foundation was founded specifically to aid in diversifying Russia’s economy with biomedicine, space, computer and nuclear technologies and energy efficiencies.

Alexei Beltyukov reportedly proved himself as being quite skilled in various business strategies. In 2013 he began Endemic Capital. EC was meant to help Russian (and other) exceptional Russian entrepreneurs start their own enterprises by providing funds and “early-stage investments.”

He has already invested approximately one million dollars in at least nine different portfolios. He has been sharpening his financial talents and believes that you gain a successful sense for business by first gaining the more general base of an exceptional education.

More recently, in 2015, he accepted the position of CEO (chief executive officer) for the interactive online math tutor for high school students known as SOLVY.

CNN iReport shows that Alexei Beltyukov is said to be ever mindful of his past, his time at INSEAD, the significance of his past education and what it has meant to his life thus far. In fact, he sees his work with SOLVY as another way of giving back to the community via offering assistance to instructors and their pupils in need of some help with “basic math skills.”

He hopes SOLVY will become the tutoring program “of choice” for any and all students who presently have difficulties with math. Teachers will also be able to use this specific program to actually keep track of the progress and proficiency of each individual student and will also help them in creating an improved math curriculum.
