Small but good deeds can go a very long way. The number of people who live for helping others out is very low. Most of the people in this world are living only for themselves. They don’t really care about what other people might be going through. Being totally selfless has its rewards.
One can make this world better and bring peace by doing the smallest of deeds but regularly. If we all start donating a single dollar every day, it can have such a huge impact by the end of the year. It truly can change a lot of people’s lives.

Michael Lacey and Jim Larkin Shift Lanes with The Frontera Fund
Michael Lacey and Jim Larkin are journalists from Arizona who are probably best known for their controversial run in with Joe Arpaio, the first of Maricopa County. The incident occurred in 2007 and eventually led to two new business ventures by Michael Lacey and Jim Larkin.
Joe Arpaio had the two journalists arrested due to an article they had published in the Phoenix New Times. The courts ruled this as infringing on the freedom of the press and awarded Michael Lacey and Jim Larkin $3.75 million.
Instead of continuing their efforts at the Phoenix New Times, the two journalist created two new organizations: The Frontera Fund and Front Page Confidential.
The Frontera Fund marks their entrance into the world of philanthropy. Michael Lacey and Jim Larkin are targeting Hispanics, Joe Arpaio’s primary target of brutality, with their altruistic efforts. The Frontera Fund does this by supporting dozens of charities in and around Arizona. One of the most wide-reaching charities they support is the ACLU.
Front Page Confidential is where they continue their journalistic efforts against political corruption and oppressive politicians. The paper began in August of 2017, a month after Joe Arpaio was convicted of criminal contempt of court. No one expected Joe Arpaio, age 85, to spend much time in prison, but what happened next was certainly surprising. Donald Trump pardoned Joe Arpaio. Now, with Front Page Confidential, Michael Lacey and Jim Larkin are working to keep Joe Arpaio out of Congress.
